Largo Turns a Page 2019, the library’s annual community read program sponsored by the Friends of Largo Library, will present author Christina Baker Kline. A reception and book signing will be followed by the author’s discussion of her most recent book, A Piece of the World.

The novel explores the real-life relationship between the artist Andrew Wyeth and the subject of his best-known painting, Christina’s World. An instant New York Times bestseller, A Piece of the World was awarded the 2018 New England Prize for Fiction, the 2018 Maine Literary Award, and a Silver Nautilus Award.

Registration is required for the author's talk at 2:30pm, it is not necessary to register for the reception and book signing at 1:00pm.  Books will be available for sale, or you can bring your own copy to be signed.
